comic con san diego ,i erased my confermation email for my reistration how do mget my registration barcode?
comic con registration you pre registere then they send you email with barcode,to print up i erased it before i had achance to print it up,what do i do i pre registered and payed back in june, will they have a record of my pre registration at the show?so i can get my badges?
Best answer:
You might try to email/fax/call them. Since it’s practically here, you will have to act fast. but you don’t need me to tell you that. Here is a link to their Contact Us page:
comic-con.org/common/contact.shtml
I am not sure if you can find a phone number other than the hotline (it may have another contact #), so perhaps a fax may be quickest for you.
I could have sworn that last year they emailed a bar code shortly before the Con, but I guess not for this year. I so hope you can get another copy of your bar code!!!
Good Luck!!!!

how to create barcode in corel draw 11?
bar code option in Edit=> coral drow but that could not be hi-light pls help me
Best answer:
A bar code is just a font. You don’t need Coral draw, anything that uses fonts will do, Wordpad, Word basically anything. See link below for free barcode font that is commonly used.
If you intend these to be read by a barcode scanner, print on decent quallity paper at a high resolution, best to force it to black too. Remember that barcodes have a terminator, so a barcode of ‘yahoo answers’ would be written
*yahoo answers*
Then apply the font to the whole string including the start and end *

I lost the UPC barcode needed for a rebate what do I do?
Best answer:
You have the option of either buying another one, scamming a bar code with an exacto knife (which I do not recommend), or finding someone else that may have bought it, or is willing to buy it, so you can get the UPC.

what date was the barcode introduced?
I know it is in 1970 but I want to know what day and month it was
Best answer:
It is generally accepted that Norman Joseph Woodland and Bernard Silver invented the first barcode on October 20, 1949. On that date they filed a patent application with serial number 122,416 which became Patent Number 2,612,994. The first barcode scanner was put into use in June of 1974. That barcode scanner was manufactured by NCR Corporation. The scanner was installed at Marsh’s supermarket in Troy, Ohio. On June 26, 1974 the first product with a barcode was scanned at the check out counter. The first item scanned was a 10-pack of Wrigley’s Juicy Fruit gum.
