Could i use rogaine or another make your hair grow product to grow my hair back in 2 days?
I want to get a haircut with a barcode on the back of my head for the holidays after i get out of school. My school wouldn’t let me come back with it so i was wondering if i could use rogaine to make it grow back fast.

If I bought something from one store, can I return it to a different one?
I received a Wii for easter and I don’t want it anymore and they bought it at circuit city but there is not a circuit city around here, could I return it to another store like walmrt or target without the receipt and get a gift card or something? Or will the barcode show it was not from their store?

They will never know but it is not honest. It is possible that they may have a record of serial numbers but the return desk would not check that. I have always wondered if they could come back a week later and ask for the money back.

Barcoding is a system for encoding numbers. There is no formula or even format for barcodes, they can’t be checked like credit cards can.
UPCs are a different story. Is that what you’re looking for?

barcode problem! help..?
im trying to use the barcode reader in visual basic. i just have a form, a textbox (with the focus on it) and no codes. i tried the barcode reader and it only sounded “toot…….. toot-toot-toot-toot.. ” and the value of the barcode reader didnt register in the textbox. ive already tried different kinds of barcode (the ones in the boxes of cereals, milk..) i just want to know what the problem is. im using Symbol LS-3683-1206A model.

No way to tell without more info.
Try the barcode scanner in Notepad or something similar. Scan a code, it should enter directly through keyboard buffer
If it didn’t, you need to learn how to config the reader, as it’s not a VB problem. You’re just not troubleshooting the right part.
Find the manual at Symbol’s website, and find the config barcodes as well. You’ll need them.

Justin is correct in that the human readable is under the barcode in case the barcode is not readable by the barcode scanner. The cashier can enter the data in by hand instead of reading it with the barcode scanner.
As far as to why the human readable is under the barcode – the specification for that symbology (UPC-A for grocery items in the US) specifies where the human readable is located, what font and font size is used. If you were a manufacturer and you were selling items to Walmart or Target or any other big company, they require your barcodes to be within spec. If they are not within spec. they will fine you a lot of money.
