IS BARCODE READER Is COMPATIBLE WITH VB6.0 PROGRAM. hOW?i WANT TO MAKE PROJECT IN VB FOR MY FINAL YEAR?
Best answer:
A barcode scanner installed on your computer should input the contents of a barcode you scan into any selected textbox. As long as your vb6 application has a textbox, there should be no reason why the barcode reader wouldn’t be compatible with it.

Excel Data Matrix Barcode: What is a FREE or open source data matrix image generator for Excel or Word?
Best answer:
If you’re only looking for an image based on the data you input, then there are quite a few online data matrix generators. One example is idautomation.com/java/dmservlet.html.
If you want a stand alone program, that’s a little harder. I have one that is free but comes without support. It was developed at my company many years ago and then put on the shelf. We’ve given it out to many people in the past with the stipulation that if you find something wrong with it we won’t fix it because it’s long retired now. It does work well. Creates a barcode and copies an image of the code to your clipboard. You can then paste it into another application.
If you want a copy of it contact me through one of my websites below.

Is there a book called Barcode?
I was wondering if there is a book called Barcode.
My friends are talking about a book called Barcode, and since I couldn’t find anything on it online, I want to make sure that they’re not faking me out..
Best answer:
The Barcode series? Maybe that’s what they’re talking about. They’re real. Written by Suzanne Weyn.

Did they have barcode’s in the 1960′s? When were they first introduced?
I need to know for an assignment. Weird, I know, but I want to make a point.
Best answer:
Being very old, I never saw a bar code until maybe the late 70′s.

what does it mean when a comic book does not have a barcode printed anywhere on it?
and it’s not from free comic book day
Is it considered a misprint?
Is it likely an illegitimate copy?
Does increase or decrease the value?
Or does it mean anything at all?
Best answer:
It may be an illegitimate copy, or it may be intended for promotional use, or other circulation outside of the general public (usually just within the publication company). Might be a test printing. In any case, all it means is that it isn’t intended for sale in stores.
Not sure if subscription comics lack the bar code since I’ve never subscribed to a comic, but alot of subscription magazines have no bar code so it’s a possibility.
It probably doesn’t change the value any if it’s a legit printing.
