criticial and urgent question: how many bar code labels did you have to use for ap us
I today took the exam and i placed two bar code labels on both essay answer sheet and multiple choice scantron sheet.
But many people told me that we were supposed to use three of them in the registration booklet for multiple chocie question scantron sheet, essay answer sheet and the question itself.
How many of those lables did you use and if i did not put one on the test itself am i screwed?

its probablly not a BIG deal, but it may delay your score

you are suppose to put one on your multiple choice, the “student pack” and the writing section.

i would assume that your school still has your test, and i dont see why they wouldnt let you put it on before they send it off

Take a deep breathe, you’re fine. As far as I can remember, one AP number goes on your answer sheet and one on your essay pink booklet. I’m thinking really hard to remember, and what I do remember is that you do not put a AP number label on your multiple choice booklet because it is not graded. As far as the student pack goes, it does not matter if you put a number label on that. The student pack is for you and you only. It helps you fill out your Scantron sheet because it has the school number, your AP number, and your information readily available. If you have to take more APs, then all you have to do is put the AP label during the next AP test that you take. My AP teacher even said that they throw out the student packs afterward. They do NOT go to the College Board.

The main point of the label on the MULTIPLE CHOICE booklet is in case you want to have your multiple choice section rescored by hand over the summer for an additional fee.
Other than that, you should be just fine, as long as you remembered them on everything else =]

Shouldn’t be a problem. Theyll notice what went wrong and correct it. Happens all the time as you can imagine.
