Are there any affordable MFC printers that have flatbed scanners that use CCD sensing technology?
Are there any affordable MFC printers that have flatbed scanners that use CCD sensing technology?
I’ve been looking for a MFC inkjet printer in the 0-200 range. I’ve heard that CCD scanning sensors are better for reproducing pictures of objects that have more depth than a flat sheet of paper. I’ve been having trouble finding one of these in a MFC printer. Other attributes I’m looking for are printers that use multiple color ink cartridges, are network ready, and have are fax capable. I’ve found plenty of these in my price range but none of them use the CCD technology – they use CIS instead, or they simply don’t state the sensing technology used. Does anybody know of a printer that encompasses all of these attributes? Or does anybody know of a way i can tell if it uses CIS or CCD when the specs don’t say one way or another? Thanks for your time.
