Are there any hand held/dash mounted gunpowder residue scanners?
Are there any hand held/dash mounted gunpowder residue scanners?
We had a shooting this evening at the South Center mall…the shooter escaped with the crowd. There was no way to screen the crowd while they were exiting the mall. If the cops had a hand held GPR scanner that was similar to a UV light or even a laser operated device, this could help track the perp. I know they have thermal scanners on the new police cruisers, but a GPR scanner would be invaluable to police.
Best answer:
alummenall spray GPR ways a ton

GSR Gun shot residue is most impossible to get rid of anytime soon.
It burns it’s way in to hair, flesh, paint, clothing, plastic , ect
It can be found weeks later on (or in) a persons body, or even longer on material items
Black powder is never the same recipe , it’s one of a kind every time it’s mixed .
