Looks like coursework,this one.
If if can interact with the computer through the device (like a remote control changes channels, etc) then it’s input. If it gives information or produces something tangable for you (like the rumble pack/dual shock vibration) then it is output.
Hopefully that’ll give you the idea of which to mark.

Oh Rob – not more flipping homework questions?
You will never get to be a rocket scientist if you keep asking other people to do your homework for you – you really MUST exercise your own brain instead of other people’s.

if you really want to get specific all of them are I/O
they can output stuff but they always ALWAYS send data to the computer, even only on plugin to tell the PC what the heck they are.
so a device mostly never I or O exclusively, when you connect a simple mouse it sends data to the PC to tell it that it’s a mouse.
but in layman’s the mouse is input because it sends data to the PC ( mostly )
in REALITY, it carries both Input ( sends position, mouse clicks etc to the pc ) , but also gets data from the PC ( output , like turn off, who are you, set your DPI etc )
only thing that makes me think are motors, what type of motors ? servos ? then those would be O only.
and maybe traffic lights cause I have no experience with those, but I know that they do send data to the central servers just to say what they are doing.
anyhow take care. ( and stop asking for homework help in here ) and tell your teacher, if he wants a real answer, or the answer anyone without any computer knowledge can give.
