The Wilkes-Barre, PA police department’s website have issued the following statement regarding Mr. McMahon’s limo explosion this past Monday on RAW:

Information regarding WWE Event at Wachovia Arena

For verification purposes regarding those inquiring as to the alleged car bombing of WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, at the Wachovia Arena in Wilkes-Barre Township on Monday, June 11, 2007, the incident was a staged event, prearranged with Fire Department personnel and authorized by Township Code Enforcement officials. All necessary precautions were taken during the filming of the event so as to ensure the safety and security of all persons involved in the event. Mr. McMahon was not injured during the event contrary to what is being reported on internet web sites and other media sources.

    yeah vince is dead. rip Vince McMahon.

    I was just at his funeral today. Cena Lashley Batista they all looked torn up about it.

    Cena was saying something like no no now I can’t sleep with the boss anymore and keep overcoming the odds.

    Batista was saying Noo I can’t main event anymore noooo nooo.

    Lashley was just to devesated for words

    well obviously it was faked. sad that people need to keep posting this for all the goofs out there that thought it was real. some people have no common sense. none the less – thanks for (hopefully) preventing at least a few people from making the even so annoying “Iz vicne rally ded?” question. ha ha

    I knew something was up but you have to be a sick individual to fake your own death. Do you realize how many impressionable people look at WWE, especially kids? Then after watching Friday Night SmackDown, I was sickened by the way everyone was carrying on, like they really missed him. If this was all an act, don’t they think we’ve figured that out by now? And for his family to support this garbage. I am so sick of all of it. I know it’s entertainment, but let’s stop the obvious lies. Death is not something to play with or take lightly. He should have been a man about it and just announced that he needed some time off. And since when do you open your own limo door? Give me a break. Vince sucked as a Chairman and he’s definitely a bad ACTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
