BarCode – how to integrate?
Hi, I am developing a inventory system and want to allow barcode scanner as well. I went to buy scanner and saw that there is just scanner and no API or any software service to integrate with that i-ball barcode scanner. So can anybody tell me, how to integrate scanner with software? What is output of barcode scanner? Is there any Fixed formar of that?

Most modern ones plug into a usb port, and work like a keyboard – so for example scanning the code 5391508750050 would be the same as pressing the keys 5391508750050[enter].
