Anyone read Revelation? About the mark of the beast ’6′ three times.. Barcode’s usually have three 6′s on it doesn’t it?

@Grant: If that is so, why do they say you can no longer buy or sell as if it is more as of a physical attribute rather than one that is non-tangible?

    Barcodes are constructed on a grid of three pairs of 2 thin lines.
    the pairs at either side are called “guard bars” and the pair in the
    middle are called “center bars.”
    When the same pair of thin lines appears WITHIN any barcode
    their value is 6…. so the grid on which barcodes sit is “666.”

    There are plans afoot for everyone to be implanted with an identity
    microchip which carries an electronic binary form of a barcode.

    Revelation 13:15-18 warns of a “mark” that the antichrist will force
    on people… that no-one will be allowed to buy or sell unless they
    have this mark… and the mark is associated with the antichrist
    and the number of his name – “666.”

    The research carried out to power these microchips without the
    need for a battery, found a way via temperature variation. They
    said two places would have sufficient temperature variation for
    this . . . either the forehead or the back of the hand.

    The mark of the beast on the forehead and on the hand is very simple, the forehead is the mind which is your thoughts and the hand in the action and what the beast does you either agree with and follow or reject the beast and follow God remember that in Revelation it even says that 6 is mans number and 666 is just a repeating regime

    You need to read Revelation again. It says that “666″ is the NUMBER of a MAN. It is not the “Mark of the Beast”. Revelation also tells us that the Mark of the Beast will be concerning an issue of worship, not a barcode.

    Rev 14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive [his] mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

    Rev 14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

    Rev 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

    In the Bible, the right hand is a symbol of work, and the forehead is a symbol of belief. So the mark will be concerning an issue of work and belief. Our church believes that Sunday worship is the Mark of the Beast. There is a whole study we could do on this, so I can’t post it all here, due to lack of space.
