Blazepoint Due – Thermal Printer not printing. Possible solutions?

Hi all,

i have got my hands on an old blazepoint due termal lable printer. When i send it a print job it churns out the lables but completly blank.

being a thermal printer what could be the problem here?

    It sound as if it is knackered but they are easy to take apart.

    Check for broken wires or a loose connection.

    In my time at work these always went back to the workshop and bits were taken off of old rubbish ones.

    Good luck and try and get it going, they are a bit of history now
