Does anyone know any good book managing software? I am looking for something that allows me to just type in the ISBN number or scan the barcode. Is there any free software for this? Preferable for Windows. I have several collection mangers for Linux. Thanks in advance!

Try librarything.com. My old roommate introduced me to this service and I really like it. You create an online library of all your titles, ratings, etc. (You can use ISBNs, if memory serves.) Also, you can get a free account (# of books you can enter is limited) or a cheap lifetime account (approx when I joined) with unlimited space.
