A dot matrix printer will, a laser printer absolutely should.
I print stamps.com mailing labels on an Epson Stylus inkjet.

    Yes, it can. As long the barcode’s line is clearly and it should can be scan

    Absolutely. My Fed Ex account lets me print bar-coded lables with my HP 6310.
