can a regular printer be wireless?

can a regular printer be wireless?
i have a dell photo AIO 942 printer (printer copier fax-er scanner).
i just got a dell laptop and i have a fairly new dell desktop that are connected to a modem and a wireless router. this printer is a nice one so i want it to be able to print from my laptop. is there anyway that i can make this happen?

Best answer:

Plug the printer into the desktop and install the software and driver if you havent already. Click the printer icon in control panel on your laptop and add printer. follow instructions
