Can I buy products that say professional use only at Sally’s?

I want to put a perm in my hair but all of the perms at Sally’s say Professional use only on the barcode by the price. I am not a professional, I just have the discount card for Sally’s beauty supply. Can I still buy these products?

    Yes I do it all the time. The “professional use only” label is more of a disclaimer so you don’t sue them for selling it to you.

    Yeah..Sally’s is opened for everyone, meaning anyone can buy whatever stuff from the store.

    Professional Products(Used in salons.) are only sold in License only store.

    believe me i have experienced did myself plz do not use product that can damaged your hair with out professional hair stylist spent couple more dollar and do it at the salon. i wanted to color my hair blond and end up making it orange and damaged. believe right now i was looking some thing good to cure my hair i have mustered oil and was searching if it was good for my hair so i found your question. i spent $30 and $80 more to re color it in salon the salon lady told me if she re-bleached my hair it’ll damaged it completely so i end up coloring black. from brown my own hair to black. and perms are impossible to get it out.
