Can I get my ipod touch back?
So the other day at school I lost my ipod touch.. or I left it somewhere and it got stolen, either way its gone. I found today that I still have the ipod case for it with the serial number on it, the barcode, instructions, etc. I was wondering if there is some way I can get apple to replace my ipod if I tell them the serial number or something. Mine was 2nd generation so its probably not in stores anymore.. besides a hock shop. Sorry for the long explanation :P I just thought I could be “Whatever” about it but I cant.. so does anyone know?

Iv already gotten my phone stolen from me before too so its not anything new :/

You will thank the lord…but Yes!
My iPod touch 2gen broke completely and the warranty was finished, just call apple and if your lucky enough you might get someone nice and they will give you a new one, i had to email them, call them, they sent me a box to put my ipod in then they sent me one back! Could take a long time, but its worth it trust me

Yeah, sorry, it’s not gonna happen. If it’s a technical problem then Apple will replace it or fix it, but no company is gonna give you another anything if you lost it. The good news is the ipod touch 4 came out and it has 2 cameras and so many better features, but keep track of it!
