can i just drop a mail with pitney bowes barcode in the usps mailbox?

i’m not sure about this so i need to confirm. a company sent me some forms to fill up. there’s also an envelope inside to be used to return the form. i’m not sure if do i still need to put stamps or it’s not going to be accepted if i just put in in the mailbox as it might be needed to be weighed in the post office.

there’s a pitney bowes square barcode thing attached with a printed $ amount. is it already paid and can i just put it in the mailbox? or do i have to go to a post office?
