Can I print photo direct onto CD surface with sublimation ink printer?
I meant direct on CD plastic not on the cd label stiker. I dont want use heat transfer paper.

If you have a LightScribe or another brand of CD burner that burns the Label directly to the CD yes. A normal CD burner does not. http://www.lightscribe.com/
You can make a CD sticky label and put it on the CD. CD Stomper is one such way.

Yes you can even print on metal, T-shirts, hats, glass, mugs etc…
