Can I return an Item with the barcode rip on the product but I still Have receipt?
Ok I bought the Zune 80, it’s pretty good so far… but the sound of hard drive is pretty annoying. and there’s no EQ, it have built in radio which is nice but still… now I want to change it back for a ipod classic…
but here’s my problem, the bar code/scan bar at bottom of the box is rip but I about 1/2 cm of the scanbar is missing, but i still have receipt, can I still return it?, is there a way for it to recognize it? please answer

As long as the barcode is not completely removed it should not be a problem. See what happens is when the barcode is completely removed it means that it was removed probably for a mail-in rebate and no one will take those back.

Just make sure you have your receipt. That should do it.
