Can someone give me the name of a good program for windows to read/write to/from rfid tags?
I have a reader that connects to my computer, but the software it comes with can only read the tags, with now way to add data.

Depends on how technical you want to be.
For free you can use open projects. Start your search around http://www.rifidi.org and http://www.openpcd.org
You can always purchase software from companies like savi.com and odintechnologies.com
