I’m sure they could, but most 3d/4d ultrasounds are strictly for “entertainment” purposes and not medicinal. Most u/s techs will let you know up front that they won’t look for any problems. As a matter of fact, when I had my 3d/4d sonogram done, I had to take in proof (the pics from my anatomy scan) that I’d already had the health & wellbeing of my child checked.
