I would prefer that it prints good and not very expensive.
(For a laptop.I haven’t bought the laptop yet either.)
I am looking for a portable printer to print documents from a laptop.
The HP Photosmart A636 is an excellent at-home photo inkjet printer

HP Photosmart A636.
Great quality prints, easy software installation, tons of editing features, large touch screen and inexpensive.

Anything HP is good. Re: quality and cost-effective prints, it has value ink cartridges (XL/multi-packs) which give you lower cost per yield. Happy shopping! :)
