can you use the large forever stamp on an envelope?
I have this larger forever stamp, the one with the barcode, can you use this on an envelope?

Best answer:

As long as it hasn’t been used before (and shows signs of being canceled), you should be able to use it.

Depends on the size and weight of the envelope.

The value for the forever stamp is the currant rate for first class mail.

Over one ounce and you have to add 17 cents postage for each additional ounce, maximum weight 3.5 ounces.

Over 6 1/8″ X 11 1/2″ x 1/4″ thick will be consider a large envelope, which is currently 88 cents for the first ounce and 17 cents for each additional ounce with a maximum size of 12″ x 15″ x 3/4″ thick.
