CD labeling software with fancy text and transparency?

I need a CD labeling software that can do the following:

Able to make some fancy text ( arcs, shadows, outlines etc. )
Image Layering
supports PNG images ( I need to import images that has transparency information )
If the printing is misaligned, the software should have a feature that wil allow me to align it on the printable sticker.

I’m using Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker 3.17, it just falls a bit short with the fancy text. I need to have the text with a color outline of some sort or shadow, as some of my design tends to blend with the text color, making it hard to see.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

    I’ve used Corel Draw and CD STomper Software. I’m not sure, but I believe that both will do what you want.

    Corel Draw is a full vector drawing program, and you can set up CD’s very easily with it. I also use Photoshop for CD Covers.

    I use Discuss LE, but not so sure if the latest version can meet your expectations. Download the Trial Version and test run.
