Code 39 translation of “-” becomes “/M”?
Code 39 translation of “-” becomes “/M”?
We purchased a new barcode scanner and it converts a dash into “/M” Is there a configuration scan I missed? I configured the gun for code 39 and everything scans correctly but the dash! Please help!

try to find for a newer scanner driver for it.
Search google or its website for in drivers section.
