Theres this PS3 Blu-Ray rebate with the PS3 I have, and I am concerned if cutting out my box code to send it in through mail is going to void the manufacture warranty.

Of course not. You’re not tampering with the product, just with the box. Of course, it will make it unreturnable, but that is a given.
