Dell 964 scanner issues?
I have a Dell 964 all in one printer that is connected to a wireless router. I can printer with no issues to it, but when I try and scan something and send it to my PC, I’m having issues. Specifically, I hit the button to scan (as directed on the printer) and nothing happens, no error message or anything like that, it’s as if I haven’t hit a button

Once you installed the Dell product, go in your START menu and open the scanning software installed.
Go under the FILE menu and select SCAN from there. The light should go on and you are ready to scan. Don’;t press the scan button on the unit itself.
