Difference between EM and RFID Labels?

Difference between EM and RFID Labels?

Can some one explain the difference between the EM Lable and RFID label? Can a EM Label be read by RFID reader? Can a RFID label be activated/deactivated just like EM activator/deactivator?
Is RFID label after deactivation can be detected by an antenna?
