no you dont need to remove them, just plug it in

Sometimes you need the stickers for warranty reasons, so leave it on.

no, many times, when you remove them, the warranty is lost.

It would be nice if the people responding to your question knew what they were talking about! HINT (If you don’t “know” SHUT UP!)
The stickers on the Corsair memory are a forum of plastic and have no heat sink like ability. The lifetime warranty on the Value Select memory does not require the stickers to be intact. Personally, I removed mine to give air better access for ventilation, but I think it make little difference.
