if they were purchased from the same place,then yes. Like If you went to the grocery store and bought a box of kix, the same box next to it would have the exact same barcode or upc, or whatever you want to call it.

They’d have the same original EAN 13 barcode. They may have a different barcode for the sale price but it would still be the same for both items.

Obviously identical products have the same barcode.

Could be different due to location of where it was made or who it’s being shipped too. For instance if buy the same thing at walmart and target, codes would be different. Same goes for if one was made in Chicago, the other made in Cali.. Only time they’ll have the same code is if they were made by the same factory and shipped to same place. That would be a “batch”, all the same.
