I need to know if it is common in medical clinics to use a computerised or manual stock control system and how the information is recorded onto the system?? Thank you to anyone who can help!

As a general rule I would tell you, the larger the facility the more likely you are to have electronic medical records. However you never know.
Many facilities still use only paper records. Think old school chart pen and bad doctor handwriting.
Even in the most high tec facilities, many old records are still not electronic due to the volume or stuff out there.
Many facilities with electronic systems use transcriptions or the practitioners themselves dictate the documents into a system. But it depends entirely on the facilities policy.

If you are running a clinic with few partners, my bet is most of these practitioner would rather adopt a manual system for their inventory control. I believe this could be due to lack of exposure and confidence in adopting a computerised system.
