  Well, if you are using the same computer to post this message, then you can get elsewhere obviously. So, if you can get to http://www.amazon.com, but not your link (would be better if you posted it or part of it), then you may have a program such as a firewall program (ie, norton personal firewall, zonealarm pro, mcafee) and may need to add amazon.com to the safe sites list.

  **First thing I would do is go to Internet Explorer’s settings and add it to the safe list there:
  1. In Internet Explorer, Go to Tools, Internet Options.
  2. Click on the Security Tab.
  3. Click on the green Trusted Sites Icon.
  4. Click on the Sites button (upper right).
  5. Make sure that you have “https://*.amazon.com” in the list.
  6. If not, then enter in “https://*.amazon.com” (without the quotes) in the top box to add, and then click the Add button.
  7. Click OK and close out of all of you Internet Explorer windows. This is a must. Make sure EVERY IE window is closed.
  8. Restart IE and try it now.
  9. If no success, then repeat this with any firewall/antispyware programs you may have.
  10. Last resort – you link may be bad or is missing something from it. Copy and paste it into your browser address bar instead of clicking the link in the email.
  11. Post the link here if you give up. (Take out any private info in the link, if that applies)
