Does anyone remember a blue toy that would read special books with barcodes?
This toy was from the 80s or possibly the early 90s.

It was blue and had a scanner to read the barcodes from specially made books that had games and stories in them.

Yes, I remember it. My son had it and some of the books that went with it. But sorry, I can’t remember the name of it if that’s what you are asking. He was born in 1986, so you are right, it was late 80′s or early 90′s.
