Does NJ have an enhanced driver’s license? ?

I lost my birth certificate and I am going on my cruise today. I have my social security card, check cards, a credit card, and the new drivers license from NJ with the barcode in the back and all the symbols on the front. The Homeland Security website says that I can use a Passport, Passport Card, Or Enhanced Driver’s License and Social Security Card. So my question is, does NJ have the enhanced driver’s license and will I be able to board the ship with just my ID and Social?
