Dutch/English Translation Help?

My friend is in Almere for the World Championship long course triathlon this weekend… I’m trying to find live internet coverage of the event. I need help translating this page: http://www.omroepflevoland.nl/a94edadc-2351-4b6a-8294-d5d885fdf5e9.aspx In particular, there’s a line down at the bottom that says, in Dutch: “Internet: live registratie als stream voor UPC, van 7.00 tot 18.00 uur met wedstrijdcommentaar”. Google translates this to: “Internet: live stream for registration as UPC, from 7.00 to 18.00 hours with wedstrijdcommentaar ” – which doesn’t completely make sense to me. Can you help with a better translation?

Life registration as [current] for UPC from 7 a.m to 6 p.m. with sportscomments.
The only thing that does make not sense to me is the word -stroom
In Dutch it can mean -current like in a river. It can mean a river or a creek. Also it can be used to talk about electricity.

It means there will be live-coverage of the action, complete with commentary, from 7.00 AM till 6.00 PM for subscribers to UPC’s communication services. They ‘broadcast’ over the cable-tv network.
