Dymo label blaster reloading help?

I know the reloading is supposed to be easy, but I can’t do it! I tried, and got the label stuff into the right spot, but when I try to make labels it doesn’t work. Is it broken?

    Double check that you have reloaded the tape correctly. If it still will not work here’s the support page for Dymo. Someone may have had this issue previously and/or you can give the specifics to the support staff.
