Has anyone heard of a thing called a Opticon?
It’s a crazy kind of device that changes the traffic lights from red to green. It’s awesome!!!! If n e one knows what it is or where I might be able to find one, it’d be rad. (mostly it’s important because it’s not illegal, yet)
