have all in one photosmart2570 printer running on wireless network ,but the scaner won’t work?any ideas?
ok i have printer set up on my wireless net work all computers use printer fine,but we can’t use the scanner any ideas?

As far as i am aware you can only use the scanner if it is plugged in to a computer via a usb cable and not via the wireless network.
