I want to download a program to print coupons with bar codes but when I try it quits after two prompts so no go. What to do?

Internet explorer settings may be on high at medium high it gives prompt before download. go tools>internet option>Security and move slider to medium high if it fails I would guess problem is on their site. you can also make coupons without software following this tutorial ehow.com/how_5754705_create-coupon-barcodes.html
