Help on rebate? have questions about proof of purchase items?

i know this is a way stupid question but lets make it snappy lol.
i have a rebate for a power supply i bought at zipzoomfly.com
i have already filled out the rebate form and signed it and everythnig but they are asking for other stuff like this:

Proof of purchase?
UPC code? i ordered it yesterday how do i find code? do i have to wait for it to get here?
receipt/invoice? what is the invoice? and is the receipt the email they mailed to me? or does it come with the package i have to wait for?

i just don’t want to send in stuff that’s not right and not get my stupid rebate…lol

if someone can answer these questions that would be great!

    Hi,
    Your receipt will either be mailed with the item or sometimes when you pay online they note to print out the page you paid on. The UPC will be on the item or sometimes its on the wrapping, a power supply would probably have it on the unit so you’ll need to wait. You may want to photocopy the receipt & write down the UPC for future reference if necessary.

    Wait until the package comes. The number will be on the box the power supply is in. Sometimes they require you to actually cut out the UPC and mail it in with the rebate form. If they emailed you something showing what you paid for the item, that’s the invoice. If it also shows that you already paid for it, it’s also your receipt.
