HELP, Problem with Paypal Shipping?

I recent shipped something using the Paypal shipping program. Well I accidently entered the wrong weight into the program and of course the shipping ended up being too cheap (only by about 20 cents) Is it possible for me just to stick a regular stamp on the package so it doesn’t end up being returned for insufficant postage? – the Paypal label is a barcode -
