How can I make my own label for a vinyl record?

How can I make my own label for a vinyl record?

And when I say label, I don’t mean record label. I mean an actual label that is stuck to the record. I want to put my bfs recording studio business name and logo on a vinyl record. I’ve looked everywhere but no one seems to do this or sell pre-made templates. Any ideas?

There are probably a hundred different ways that you could do this. It’s hard to advise because I don’t know what your skill level is when it comes to art projects etc… but here are a few off the top of my head.
-Print or draw the logo on whatever paper you’d like to use. Trace a circle of the right diameter around it. Stick the paper to a piece of high tack contact paper. Cut out the circle and put it on the record.
-Buy printable sticker paper and put the logo on it. Cut it out. Stick it to the record.
I would use photoshop or illustrator to do the design work. Or Word if you just want text and simple clip art. If you’re not proficient in these programs and want something fancier than just typed words on a background then I would suggest doing a collage on real paper, cutting the circle to the size that you want it and then have it scanned in at kinkos or somewhere and then print it out on sticker paper.
Use a compass to make the perfect circle. You can buy a circle cutter for paper at most art stores that sell scrap booking stuff.
