How can I print 100 envelopes WITH BARCODES in MS Word 2003 at a time with the SAME destination address? These will all have the same destination address and thus the same destination barcode.
I go to Tools | Letters & Mailings | Envelopes & Labels | Print. Currently, I have to print them ONE at a time because there is no option to select a quantity. It amazes me that Microsoft does not have a quantity option for this feature. How can I print 100 envelopes WITH THE BARCODE to the same destination address when there is no QUANTITY selector? I want to print 100 envelopes to someone I write all the time.
I know I can print 100 envelopes by going to File | Page Setup | Paper | Comm Env # 10, however when doing this it does NOT give the barcode option.
BigRez, good answer, but how do I delete the extra page? I only want to print envelopes, but MS Word shows both an envelope and an extra page. I dont want it printing 100 blank pages as well when I only want 100 barcoded envelopes.

After going to Envelopes and Lables and entering in the to and return addresses, click on the Add to Document button. This will put the information on the document page and you can then use the Print option and specify the number of copies.

can you do a screen shot (PrtScn) paste it in paint and crop the barcode part then paste the barcode under the address and then do the option you spoke of in the last paragraph?

It is unfortunate that Word does not allow you to just print multiple envelopes at a time. I frequently print up a batch of return envelopes all at once.
I created an envelope document to pull up and print as many copies as I like.
Under File>Page, select the Paper Tab (standard US business envelope is Comm. Env. #10). You may need to change the paper tray, also on this tab.
Under the Margins Tab – Top Margin – .25″, Bottom 0.5″, Left is set to 0.4″ and right 0.5.” Also select Landscape. (These are the margins/settings that WORD uses when it creates an envelope).
Return address can just go as plain text in the upper left-hand corner.
You can either just type text, or use the Text Box (as Word does). (I have always just done regular text about 2-1/2″ from the top of the envelope and about 3-1/2″ to 4″ from the left margin). You will probably find it handy to show your rulers when setting this up (View>Ruler).
To get the bar code, I would just run the Tools>Letters & Labels>Add Envelope to Document. I would then either cut and paste the entire text box to my new document or just the address and bar code.
If this is something you use a lot, either just save the document for future reference, or save your new layout (without the address) for use as a template. File>Save As>Template.
Hope this helps!
