This stuff called Goo Gone is great for that. You can buy it at Orchard Supply or must markets. It’s orange in color and smells like oranges

Had the same problem when I purchased a mirror also. I bought a product called (OOPS) it worked great and there was no film when I cleaned it with windex.. Good Luck to you :)

Is it on the mirror or on the frame? If on the mirror, try Windex or any other glass cleaner. You can’t really hurt the mirror. If the frame, it depends on the framing material. If a solid material (i.e., not cloth or other soft material), try rubbing a little vegetable oil on it to loosen the sticky stuff.

you can either use paint thinner or in this case I would use mayonnase just smear a little mayo on the sticker and leave for a day and then the sticky residue will come off with a rag.

Goof-off is another product available at most home centers, and hardware stores. It’s very handy for many things.

Believe it or not…..Off Skintastic with Deet will disolve just about any glue residue. I use it on glass, metal, and plastic. Works great taking stickers off DVD cases too.

Easy! Use peanutbutter!! Rub it on were the sticker was, let it set for 2 minutes then wipe it off. If any of the glue remains repeat the process!! Works every time!

A lot of hardware stores have spray cans of adhesive remover. Simply spray a little adhesive remover on the left over tag, wait for a couple of minutes, Use a plastic putty knife or a razor blade to remove it. Clean with Windex.
Good Luck
