How do I convert a spreadsheet of addresses and names into mailing labels?
How do I convert a spreadsheet of addresses and names into mailing labels?
I have Microsoft Works so I don’t have Excel on this computer. I only have the Microsoft Works spreadsheet program. I need to convert a spreadseet (from this program) into mailing labels for my wife’s business. Any ideas out there? Thank you.

Hmm, I was hoping that you were using Excel, its much easier.
You basically need to use mail merge, here are the instructions from microsoft-http://support.microsoft.com/kb/832797
You do need to make sure that you use labels for each column, that will make it easier to sort.
This is basically my favorite function of spreadsheets, you can really impress people with this really easy to use feature.
