How do I convert Excel Data into Mailing Labels?
I have an excel spreadsheet that has colums: Name, address, city, state, zip. About 300 entries. I would like to format it to print mailing labels. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you go into Word, go to Mailings. Select Mailmerge. Choose the label size from the selection provided. One you’ve completed that section, click on the ‘Select Recipients’ icon. Navigate to your Excel document which contains the mailing information and choose it as your data source. The rest is pretty straightforward if you’re familiar with Mail Merge.
