Walk around in a human sized metal Gerbel cage (the ball shaped kind). It will act as a Faraday cage and you won’t be able to be tracked, even if there is a tag inside your head.
But you will look deservedly like the nut case you are.

RFID has a short range of detection, typically a couple of meters so are good for stock control and exit control in shops but to track things in the wider world there are better technologies. Unless you are planning on a robbing spree in town I wouldn’t worry too much.
Far better to worry about your mobile phone and internet use…. phone can be located within a few meters if they want, internet use can give the insurance companies huge amounts of info about your private life – and subsequently higher life insurance bills. Bank account details gives away so much more to the people in charge..
