Run it under hot water. It should soften the latex adhesive.

Use a hairdryer to heat the sticker and then peel it back.

A heat gun works best but since not many people have one you could try using a hair dryer. It will soften the sticker so you can peel it off with out it coming off in tiny pieces or ruining your plate by scratching it up.

No hair dryer? Use peanut butter to remove them.

I usually fill the sink with warm soapy water, and leave the dishes in there to soak for a few hours (or overnight). When you take them out, the sticker should be able to come right off real easily.

Oil removes stickers.
Pour some cooking oil on a paper towels and press these (in wads) on the stickers. Allow to sit at least a few hours. The stickers should come off with a fingernail. I don’t recommend using anything too abrasive or sharp…as this could scratch the plates. A fingernail should do fine and won’t scratch.
Baby oil works, too.
After the stickers are gone, you can remove the oil residue with dish washing liquid.
