How do I print onto a sheet of self adhesive file folder labels?

I bought generic file folder labels from Quill office supply, but they don’t have a template code to use. Thanks.

You could make a template for them in Microsoft Word, it may take a little work though. This is assuming the labels come sheets. First figure out the margin size, the distance from the edge of the sheet to the first label, on all four sides. Then set your margin size to match that, and set the gutter to 0. Then create a table with greyed out borders with the the same number of rows and columns that the sheet of labels has. After that, select the whole table, and set cell properties, make the size of each cell the equivalent to one label, you might have to tweak this a bit. Once you have what looks like it’s the right size, print out some dummy labels on a plain sheet of paper and see if they match your labels, if they do then save multiple copies of the form so you don’t lose it, if not adjust it until it’s right. It’s a bit of work, but I have used this method for setting up templates for adhesive labels without too much trouble.
