How do I return/exchange a nrodstrom item by mail?
So i ordered a northface but its too big so im going to exchange it for another size and the closest nrodstrom is a city away. it says that by mail its free. I have the exchange form and the return sticker. am i supposed to put the sticker on the box? the box doesn’t have the nordstrom address but it does have a barcode and it says “PARCEL SELECT RETURN SERVICE permit no.77000″ and it also says BMC ZIP – USPS PARCEL RETURN SVC above the barcode. the sticker has my address tho.
so basically do i stick the form in the box? then stick the sticker on the box? and then go to postal office and hand it to them? or is there something else ?
oh btw if i hand it to the postal office (its apparantly 2 pounds) would it cost cause it says that mail is free. but i dont get how the person would know its free. ty please

You stick the return form in the box. Place the return stick on the box over the sticker that is already there– so they don’t ship it to you–, and then just hand it to the post office if thats how it was delivered to you, if they used UPS you would have to go to the UPS store, etc.
The people there know you dont have to pay because you have the return sticker on there, which is what you would have to pay for but the store already bought one for you.

Depends on the method that they’re going to pay for to ship it back. It could be Fed Ex or UPS. I doubt it’s regular mail. Put it in an envelope, stick the label on and drop it off at a Fed Ex or UPS location. The postage is already paid for (with the sticker) by Nordstrom.
I hope this makes sense.

The best way is call the nrodstrom customer service the number is 1-888-282-6060 and let them know about this they will surely help you out with this and as far as my knowledge i dont think you will have to pay anything for shipping.
